Rancho Mesa Insurance Services, Inc. recently launched its proprietary RM365 Advantage Safety Star Program™. When launched the program was offered exclusively for the construction industry; however, plans were underway to offer a program specifically designed for human services organizations, in the future.

Today Rancho Mesa is excited to announce that they have done just that, and expanded the RM365 Advantage Safety Star Program to offer modules specific to Non-Profit/Social Services. All participants will take the Accident Investigation and Analysis module while choosing several additional modules from Patient & Resident Handling, Office Workstation Ergonomics, Safe Lifting, Bloodborne Pathogens, and 15-Passenger Van Safety, to name a few.

“Clients love the Safety Star program,” said Sam Brown, Vice President of the Human Services Group at Rancho Mesa, "because industry leaders have identified the topics that have the greatest impact on employee safety. The homework has been done; now, clients benefit.”

Sending management through the RM365 Advantage Safety Star Program can give a company a competitive advantage in the insurance marketplace, reduce the probability of claims, and lower its overall insurance costs.
