On Thursday, October 5, 2023, the Rancho Mesa team, alongside CompWest, participated in the IICF San Diego Bowling Tournament, helping raise over $40,000 to benefit local San Diego nonprofits through the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF) Community Grants Program.

On Friday, July 21, 2023 the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) San Diego Chapter held its 1st Annual Paula Covert Memorial Golf Tournament. The tournament is named in honor of past NAWIC San Diego Chapter President who founded the original annual NAWIC San Diego golf tournaments that took place for 13 years.
