Surety Relationship Executive

Anne joins Rancho Mesa as a veteran in the San Diego region’s world of surety. She is second generation, providing this service to local contractors and developers, always here in San Diego, and prides herself on the relationships she has developed over many years. During her tenure, she has worked for a surety company as an underwriter, and has also owned her own agency. Joining Rancho Mesa is now a perfect step for her career.

Anne has been and continues to be active in local trade associations to support the construction industry and has served on boards over the years – including moving up the chairs, ultimately as President, of the American Subcontractors Association of San Diego, and was a founding board member of the Women’s Construction Coalition (2011). She has also held board positions with the Surety Association of San Diego and served as their President for a term. Anne has a passion for keeping tabs of the people and processes that affect the construction industry. She continues to be active with the ASA of California and the ABC San Diego chapter in this regard. She is also well known for working with local public agencies and general contractors in their outreach efforts to emerging businesses.

Outside of work, Anne enjoys her time with her Beagle Gracie, and keeping up with gardening and caring for grandkids, neighbors, and friends. An interest in whole health, playing the piano, bike riding and a recent introduction to painting also fill some of her free time. Anne also began establishing a habitat for Monarch butterflies this last year, another meaningful passion she hopes to continue each year.
