New Employee Spotlight: Rancho Mesa Welcomes New Surety Account Executive Josh Hill

Rancho Mesa is excited to welcome its new Account Executive, Josh Hill, for the Surety Group.

Josh has over 10 years of experience in the banking industry managing commercial loans as both a loan officer and relationship manager. 

Josh brings a unique combination of financial expertise and relationship management to his role, providing him with the tools necessary to excel in the surety industry.

“From my first interview through my first week on the job, I knew that RMI was a perfect fit for me. The culture here is truly amazing and I look forward to helping this company grow over the years,” Hill said.

Born and raised in East County, San Diego, Josh continues to live in the area with his wife of 18 years, and his two children. Josh is a former collegiate baseball player at San Diego State University and remains an avid fan of the sport and supporter of the Padres. Outside of work, his family enjoys taking extended off-road trips to remote destinations, camping, fishing, and visiting the beach.

With over 12 years of experience managing her family’s plumbing business, Adrianna brings valuable expertise in business administration, leadership, and customer service to her new Client Coordinator role.

Born and raised in San Diego, Adrianna spends her free time practicing yoga, exercising, hiking and exploring the outdoors with her family.

As our team continues to grow, Rancho Mesa would like to welcome its newest addition, Sean Iverson, as Client Coordinator.

After graduating with a bachelor's degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Sean completed four internships at an insurance company, gaining hands-on experience in the industry. This combination of business and insurance knowledge makes him a valuable asset in his role as a Client Coordinator.

Born and raised in San Diego, Sean enjoys watching sports and playing on his slow-pitch softball league. He also spends his free time watching movies, going to the beach, and being with friends and family.
