Kim began her insurance career in 1988 and moved to San Diego in 1989. 
Kim joined Rancho Mesa Insurance in 2000 as an Account Manager. In 2004 she became Account Services Manager and is responsible for overseeing the Client Managers and Administrative employees of the agency. She became an Agency Principle in 2005. 

Kim and her family reside in Santee.
