With over 25 years of insurance industry experience, Justin has built expertise across carrier, agency, and brokerage sides. His background includes agency ownership, global brokerage leadership, and partnerships with some of the country's most respected construction-focused agencies. He now specializes in insuring roofing and framing contractors.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Much of his free time is spent on the baseball field, where he coaches and mentors young athletes, helping them develop not only their skills in the game but also the values of teamwork, accountability, and leadership. Whether working with clients or guiding young players, Justin is committed to building strong relationships.
