Who should participate in this program?

The RM365 Advantage Safety Star in Construction Safety programs are designed for supervisors, foremen, safety coordinators and upper management.

This program is open to Rancho Mesa Insurance Services clients and their employees.

How do you become a RM365 Advantage Safety Star?

To earn the RM365 Advantage Safety Star in Construction Safety, complete the required Incident Investigation and Analysis online module plus two additional approved modules. The modules can be completed 100% online over six months or a combination of in-person and online modules over 12 months. At the conclusion of each module, the participant will be tested to ensure they were able to pull the main points from the training. The test can be re-taken until a passing score is received.

The certification is valid for two years. Participants must complete at least one approved module every 12 months to maintain the certification.

Upon completion of the modules, the participant may be recognized by Rancho Mesa as a RM365 Advantage Safety Star team member and featured on the Safety Star webpage.

  • Heat Illness Prevention (85 mins) Offered online and in-person

  • Fleet Safety (56 mins) Offered online and in-person

In-person modules may run longer than the online versions.
